FAQ

For your convenience, our most common customer questions are answered right here.

Q: Where can I find your class timetable?

A: All members receive the full class schedule as part of their welcome pack and receive updated schedules by email. If you’re not a member, please book your FREE consultation and we will show you the full range of classes we have to offer and help advise which ones will best suit you.

Q: Do you have a gym?

A: We do not have cardio equipment like treadmills, exercise bikes etc, neither do we have weights machines. Everything we do is class based with an instructor pushing you through the workout. We do however have kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells as well as a selection of strength & conditioning tools that are available for members to use during ‘Open Mat’ sessions as well as during the various Strength & Conditioning classes.

Q: How much does membership cost?

A: That depends on the package that‘s customised to you. Each plan we put together is individually tailored to help our client reach their goals. Our FREE consultation is designed specifically to help us customise a plan unique to you so to find out what we can offer you, book your consultation now.

Q: Can you pay as you go?

A: We don’t offer pay as you go options. We prefer for our clients to make a commitment to themselves and their success. In our experience, Pay as you go makes it easier to fall off the wagon.

Q: Do I need to bring bank details to sign up?

A: Our memberships are typically 12 months enrollments and memberships are either paid for in 1 lump sum or with a payment plan (which requires bank account details). BIC/IBAN or Credit Card details can be used to process your payments.

Q: I’m a complete beginner. Will your classes suit me?

A: Absolutely. That’s the beauty of our consultation process. We will only recommend classes that are perfectly suited to your ability and your goals.
